METRO / design study
Preview / not for sale, under study
A design studyfor city hotelsHow fast can availability, rooms and access be compared?
METRO is a study, not a product. We are testing how quickly a guest can compare dates, party size, rooms, breakfast and transport on a phone. It is not part of Qwe Launch.

For city hotels
A city hotel is compared, not browsed.
The guest already knows roughly where they need to be and what they can spend. What they are doing on the site is checking, quickly, whether this one works: are the dates open, what does the room actually include, how far is it from the station, and is breakfast worth taking. METRO exists to test how few steps that can take.
What we are testing
Four questions, measured.
The study asks how much of this can be answered before a guest leaves the first screen.
Dates
Whether the search itself reads clearly on a small screen.
Rooms
Whether two room types can be told apart without opening both.
Breakfast
Whether what is included is legible before the rate is chosen.
Access
Whether the distance from the station is answerable at a glance.
Status
Not for sale, and not accepting orders.
METRO is a preview used to test demand and information design. Selling it on its own is not offered. We take no orders, no enquiries about adopting it, and deliver no work from it.
Not offered
METRO is outside Qwe Launch. Making it a product would need separate approval of its requirements, unit economics and delivery capacity.
Qwe Launch, with MUSE or KAGURA
One paid pilot, for a single independent boutique hotel or ryokan.
To be looked at
A study nobody can see teaches us nothing. It is here to be read, not bought.
This page describes a study. It is not an offer, and nothing on it can be ordered.
Qwe Launch
If you run a boutique hotel or a ryokan,
there is something you can actually buy.
Qwe Launch is one paid pilot on the MUSE or KAGURA design system, built and taken live for a single property.
