KAGURA / Qwe Launch design system

Paid pilot candidate / one property only

Websites forindependent ryokanThe bath, the meal and the season — settled before the booking.

KAGURA carries the hot spring, the food, the rooms and the way a season is spent in a quiet register, and leads from there into the conditions of stay and the choice of dates.

Generated concept imagery / a design preview of a fictional property

For ryokan

A ryokan site earns its booking by answering the worry before it is asked.

When the baths are open, what dinner will be, what is in the room, whether there is a pick-up, whether children are welcome, whether an allergy can be handled. KAGURA sets those out without breaking the aesthetic — the story and the practical detail are not separated, they arrive in the order a guest needs them.

Design in use

This is what it looks like, built.

From KAGURA RYOKAN, the sample property. The sample site itself is linked below — it is written in Japanese, as a real ryokan site would be.

A detached room with steam rising from a cypress bath, at a fictional inn
A cane chair and a late-autumn garden seen through paper screens, at a fictional inn
A late-autumn soup course served in a bowl, at a fictional inn
All images are generated concept art. No real property is shown.

Information design

Quiet, and still complete.

Vertical setting stays ornamental. The body text and the conditions of stay are designed to be read on a phone.

The view, the month’s menu and anything running for a limited time, kept editable.

02

Onsen

The water, the hours, the private bath, and what a guest should know before bathing.

03

Dinner and breakfast, allergies, and children’s meals — with the deadlines stated.

04

The current site, the booking URL, the assets, who is responsible, which pages, and how many revision rounds — all agreed before contract.

02 — BUILD

03 — STAGE & ACCEPT

Review, sign off, publish

Photography, copywriting, translation, third-party service fees, API integration, maintenance, a booking engine and AI products are not included. The formal scope is fixed in the quotation and specification.

KAGURA paid pilot

The booking page you use now is enough to start from.

Send us the property URL and the booking system, and we will set out what the paid pilot would cover, on what terms, and which assets it needs.
